We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All returns require prior authorization. Items sent back without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges for Returns

You are responsible for securely packaging the item and selecting a trackable shipping method. Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it and contact you regarding any damages, refunds, or exchanges. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping an incorrect item).


Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee based on the original order value:

  • Orders under $30: $5

  • Orders between $30 and $59.99: $15

  • Orders between $60 and $89.99: $30

  • Orders between $90 and $119.99: $35

  • Orders $120 and above: $50

The applicable fee will be deducted from your total refund and helps cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Note: We understand that situations may vary. Restocking fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact us with your specific situation.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

If your product arrives damaged, please email us along with a video of the damage as soon as possible so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Clear photo and/or video evidence may be required to process claims related to defects or incorrect items.

All claimed defective or incorrect items must be returned and inspected before a replacement or refund is issued. Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, modification, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for refund or replacement.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new, separate purchase for the desired item.


Refunds

For verified defective items, replacement will be the primary remedy, subject to availability. Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not available.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
